If you don't have your own idea of how to build your happiness, the World Observer site provided a small generic list for you whenever possible - in view of the inherent subjectivity of the topic. Any resemblance to the basis of Buddhist philosophy is not mere coincidence. Check out:

15. Give up your need to always be right

There are so many of us who cannot bear the thought of being wrong - they always want to be right - even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing stress and pain, for ourselves and others. And it's not worth it. Whenever you feel the "urgent" need to start a fight about who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself: "Would I rather be right or be gentle?" What difference will it make? Is your ego really that big? Except in extreme cases, why should you spend time trying to prove yourself right?

14. Give up your need for control

You must be willing to give up the need to always be in control of everything that happens to you and around you - situations, events, people, etc. Whether it's loved ones, co-workers, or strangers you just met on the street, let them be. Let everything and everyone be exactly what they are and see how this will make you feel better.

“I have seen various attempts to conquer and manipulate the world fail. The world belongs to the spirit, therefore it must not be manipulated. Whoever manipulates it corrupts it, whoever tries to preserve it loses it. " - Lao Tzu

13. Stop blaming others

Give up the desire to blame other people for what you have or what you do not have, for what you feel or do not feel. Stop giving this more power and start taking responsibility for your life.

12. Give up self-destructive talk

How many people are suffering because of their negative, polluted and repeatedly defeatist way of thinking? Don't believe everything your mind says - especially if it's pessimistic. You are better than that.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used correctly. Used wrongly, however, it is very destructive. " - Eckhart Tolle

11. Stop complaining and solve it

Give up the constant need to complain about the many, many, many things - people, moments, situations that make you unhappy or depressed. No one can make you unhappy, no situation can make you feel sad or worse, unless you allow it. It is not the situation that releases these feelings in you, but the way you decide to face it. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

10. Forget the luxury of criticizing

Kick the habit of criticizing things, events, or people that are different from you. We are all different and yet we are all the same. We all want to be happy, we want to love and be loved and always be understood. We all want something and something is desired by all of us.

9. Give up your need to impress others.

Stop trying so hard to be something that you are not just to please others. It doesn't work that way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something you are not, the moment you throw off all the masks and accept who you really are, you will find that people are drawn to you, effortlessly.

8. Open up your resistance to change

Put this in your head: the human body is programmed to resist change. Change is followed by the adaptation process. You can only reach another intellectual level if you constantly change. Adaptation and Change are stimuli focused on increasing intelligence and perception. Therefore, the change is good. Change is what will help you get from A to B. Change will improve your life and the lives of those who live around you. Follow your happiness, accept change, don't resist them.

"Follow your happiness, And the universe will open doors for you, where there were only walls." - Joseph Campbell

7. Forget about labels

Stop labeling people, things and situations that you don't understand as weird or different and try to open your mind, little by little. Minds only work when they are open.

"The most extreme form of ignorance is when you reject something about which you know nothing" -Wayne Dyer

6. Drop your fears.

Fear generally has two origins: ignorance and knowledge of possible events. The first case is solved with knowledge and the second case may or may not happen, nothing is certain, stop being afraid of what will happen and if you already know the possible problem, why not fix it before it appears?

"The only thing you have to fear is your own fear" - Franklin D. Roosevelt

5. Give up your excuses

Send them packing and tell them they're fired. That you don't need them anymore. We often limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of working to grow and improve ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, using all kinds of excuses, apologies that 99.9% of the time are not even real.

4. The past is past

I know, I know. It's hard. Especially when the past seems better than the present and the future seems so scary, but you have to take into account the fact that the present is all you have and all you are going to have. The past that you are longing for - the past that you now dream of - was ignored by you when it was present. Stop fooling yourself. Stay present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all, life is a journey and not a destination. See the future clearly, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

3. Detachment from attachment

This is a concept that, for most of us, is very difficult to understand. And I have to confess that it was for me too - and it still is - but it's not impossible. You get better every day with time and practice. The moment you detach yourself from all things, (and this does not mean giving up your love for them - after all, love and attachment have nothing to do with each other; attachment comes from a place of fear, while love ... well, true love is pure, kind and generous, where there is love there can be no fear, and therefore, attachment and love cannot coexist), it will calm down and you become tolerant, kind and serene… you reach a state that allows you to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.

2. Stop living up to the expectations of others

There are too many people living a life that is not theirs. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, or their friends, enemies, teachers, governments and even according to what the media of communication believe that it is better for them. They ignore their inner voices, their intuitions. They are so busy pleasing everyone that they lose control of their own lives. This makes them forget what makes them happy, what they want and what they need - and one day they forget themselves too. You have your life - that life is now - you must live it, master it and above all not let the opinions of others distract you from your path.

1. Let go of limiting beliefs about who can or cannot be, about what is possible and what is impossible. From now on, your restrictive beliefs are not allowed to leave you stranded in the wrong place. Spread your wings and

If you eat milk with cucumbers at night, then your Finnish plumbing will pay off faster! The dinner was excellent, especially the hostess succeeded in mayonnaise. Why do men get cold feet in winter, but women do not ??? Because for men, the heating is lousy, and for women, the fucking fucking Russian hacker is practically invincible! What kind of roof doesn't like driving fast? There is nothing worse than deceiving a woman ... But there is nothing more pleasant when it works out.
